My girlfriend cheated on me

My girlfriend was really close to this guy at work and he was txting her constantly. But she said they were only friends... I accepted this and said no more about it..... They reguarly went out clubbing together because the place they work always arranges nights out for them etc. I read her phone one evening (I know this is a bad thing to do but I had to know what was going on).. and I saw txt messages from him saying how much he liked her and how much he was missing her etc. I didn't mention anything to her that evening... but the next day I called her and asked her ' I know things aren't what they seem with you and him, I know things have happened, so tell me the truth.' and because she had realised that I knew something she admitted that she had kissed him but she said it was when me and her were only going out for a month or so, at the start of our relationship. But now looking back there has been many times that she has gone back to parties with him and stayed over at these parties and been with him all night. We had a massive row about this but I have stayed with her because she says nothing else happened and I don't really have the proof that anything else has happened... I said I couldn't stay with her as long as she is friends with him after this... and she has promised she would never see him again other than in work and as far as I know I think she has stuck by that... Its now been a couple of months since that happened and it is still in my head.. I can forgive her for a kiss but it is that lingering feeling that something else has happened. Any advice? Do you think more has happened? Am I stupid for staying with her? It's been a few months since this happened now and she has no idea I am feeling this way. Should I bring it all up again?

Any advice would be great... Thanks

You shouldn't stay with her.
The most fundemental aspect of a relationship is trust.
It's apparent from this that you don't trust her - she says she hasn't done anything, but it lingers in your mind that she has.
Besides, she cheated on you - even if it was just a kiss, it's still cheating.
You should break up with her, you're too good for her.
Hope this helps

nope you aren't stupid for trusting her, you weren't to know.

even if she says it was just a kiss, she has lied to you once so what is to say she wouldn't do that again?

finish it and get with someone else..

Ouch OP, the way I found out my gf was cheating on me was when I was flicking through her texts and saw "So did I take your virginity last night? xx".

Part of me thinks "well, maybe I shouldn't have looked", but the right part of me knows that it was so worth it.

In any case, the trust is gone, and the dumping may resume if you think you can't build it back up again.

Shag her sister.

You've got to look at it like this - Are you sure you want to stay with someone who has thought about someone else like that?
It's shows that she hasn't got the same commitment as you do (shown by the fact that you've stayed with her after this) in your relationship. It's a two-way thing. If she is going to do that knowing it's wrong, what else is she willing to risk doing?
I know it was only a kiss, but kisses lead to a lot more, and just because she confessed to the kiss, doesn't mean that's everything that happened between them.
I think what you need to do is just sit down with her and ask her calmly (and not angrily!) what happened as she should have enough respect for you to tell you the ENTIRE truth. If she still says it was only a kiss and you still don't believe her then I suggest end it, as it's bound not to be a happy relationship from here on in.

She only kissed him and did admit to it (albeit after probing, but she is only human), and has promised to never see him again? what are you complaining about?

Shag her, and then as soon as you're done tell her to hit the ******* road.
