I love john williams, some of his stuff is just beautiful. Obviously beethoven - moonlight sonata, and fur elise <3. Bach and tchicovsky (sp) are great too.

Beethoven is a very good all-rounder. Mid way between the classical and the romantic, he has something for pretty much everyone. Schubert is another one like Beethoven, but oft overlooked and, I think, under-appreciated.
If you favour the romantics, Chopin and Debussy are excellent places to start. Scriabin and Rachmaninov are slightly more modern, and again excellent.

I recommend Ludovico Einaudi he's really good! You should have a listen to his album Divenire especially the song Primavera.

Not "Classical," but if you enjoy piano: Ludovico Einaudi, Greg Maroney, Jim Brickman.
