Toning that inner thigh...

Anyone got any exercises they find good for toning your inner thighs? I do tons of walking & aerobics so the rest of my legs are quite toned... just need to sort the stubborn bits out so looking for some targeted exercise. Thanks!

yep.. either go to the gym and use the weights that have a cushion that you use as ressistance whilst you adduct your leg... they're really good...

or, if you like pain...

lie on your back with your legs in the air so you're an L shape...]

keep your feet flat and, using your inner thighs, rotate your feet outwards to try and get ballet style 'turn out'. hold it for 10 seconds then slowly turn them in again. when they're back in the starting position, clench your thighs really tightly together, like there's a £100 note inbetween them, for 10 seconds, then repeat.

keep your back flat on the floor and do reps of that... you'll be like xenia onatop in no time... :biggrin:

Great tips, thanks very much! I've used those adductor machines before but maybe it's just time to crank it up a bit. The second exercise sounds good too.
