I get that sometimes. It usually ends when I sleep.

It might be eye strain or something to do with sinuses. Not entirely sure.

do u wear contact lenses or have hayfever? sometimes this happens to me when my lenses dry out, and my eyes get really dry- this causes a headache that worsens on eye movement. try CIBA's AQUIFY eyedrops to soothe the eye
