How Often do you exercise??
Just wondering how many of u actually care about ur health/fitness!! :biggrin:


Normally I do 3-4 (1.5hr) sessions a week at the gym (normally, 45 cardio/45 weights) and horseriding twice a week.

~50 minutes every Monday, Wednesday & Friday doing weights (no machines, no cardio).

At least seven hours a week. However by the end of this week it is going to be at least fourteen hours :rolleyes: . I might keep the fourteen hours up as it is really helping me lose weight and tone up :biggrin: .

No special exercise. Live in Durham and you can't help but get fit - all the hills!

45 minutes per day is minimum for me. Although I sometimes do more than an hour.

when i'm in between sport seasons, i usually do an hour everyday but my schedule's getting too hectic. so, whenever i can, i guess

Table tennis every night now, and during the day sometimes too (that's why I lose weight in the summer!!). Football whenever I can (although I'm out of action for a week) plus normally a mini workout session with pressups and stomach crunches about 15 minutes a day :smile:

no less than 1.5 hours every day. I'd guess the average is more like 2 hours if you sum it over an average week.
The curse of the boatie who decides to do a uni sport on the side. But hey, at least I'm fit!

In season: 1 hour of Badminton practice on Mondays and Fridays, and 3 hours on a Wednesday. Plus one or two matches at the weekends, normally about two hours each.

I walk at least two miles every day and sporadically do some situps/crunches/pressups and leg exercises when I'm bored.

Now it's out of season I'm slacking, only three hours a week of Badminton.

I ride my bike about 8 miles a day. :biggrin:

really got back into fitness 2 weeks ago.

i do:
20 min punch bag
1 hour speed ball
weights every now and again
sit ups every 2 days - 75 sit ups
make use of my multi-gym on the weekend

The contender inspired me to train again

Wow, you're all so fit! :eek: I don't do ANY exercise. I don't even do p.e, me and my mates just skive off by sitting around in the multi-gym room playing with our phones and listening to music. I used to get some excercise by walking home from school everyday (thats about a mile and a half) but now i just get a lift home so i am officially a lazy bum. :p:

I go to an exercise class (aerobics style) every day except Saturday, for an hour at a time. I've only been doing this a few weeks and I'm hideously unfit, so I'm sure it's doing me good.

I wouldn't consider it exercise cause it's so much fun and proper exercise, well,... isn't.
