inlightened by all the exercise threads,I usually exercise before I sleep an hour between 7-11 pm i don't find it hard to sleep afterwords so it has no effect on my sleeping patterns but do Iet the same benefits like burning calories or should I change my exercise time or what??

I think if you have no problems sleeping keep it to the evening. Your body temperature and hormone levels peak at 6 pm. Exercising 3 hours before or after the peak is best for endurance so you can keep going for longer. Muscles are also pretty flexible at this time and you can work harder at this time because you are more aware of how far you can push yourself

Isn't exersising in the morning supposed to be good for you as this is when you matabolism is highest and by exersising it keeps higher for longer? So by this in the morning would be a sensable time to exersise as you are working with you metabolism and not against it making your workout more effective. Or am I wrong on this?

Early in the day is slightyly better for metabolism but this is the time when your energy is at its lowest so endurance is not good at all. Muscles are stiff and its generally much harder work.
