My personality does not get entirely summed up usually by "Welsh" just for the record, I am slightly more interesting than that!!

So, how were your prelims?

btw, it's Chloe right?

Ok just mainly summed up by welsh. She got you from just the loud Welsh :p: She didnt get me til yesterday as I have such a multifaceted personality :eviltongu

It was ok for me. Prob the easiest so far. But I still made a mess of it. I so wish I had looked up differential eqns  - coupled ones anyway.

I thought yesterdays was the hardest one! CP3 was the best, the other 3 were all pretty awful

CP3 was absolutely evil!!

And btw, how dare they make relativity such an issue, no one has ever mentioned relativistic rockets, and the Lorentz force at relativistic speeds!!

I don't really get what everyone thought was so evil about it  I guess the reason I liked it was probably that I think it was the best section B I had!

yeah, it was a bit random that paper - not a good start to the week anyway!

What short option you guys doing?
I doing Quantum, hope it don't take long to revise!

Yeah we really didnt have a good draw did we. I think our must be the worst (hardest) prelims in years. I mean yesterdays was missing the gift normal modes question.

Its amazing where you can go from wanting a 2-1 at least to just hoping to pass and not even being positive of that! Why have our year been picked on so! :frown:

Oh ho ho! Proper exams are over!

Immediately had 5 pints at 5:30 after the last exam in the pub next door to the exam hall, and then cycled home completely wasted! (Nick, we did the rounds with Tanni and Sarah.)

Got back to college and caused carnage until 1am.

That's what Physics is all about.

lol, good work! I did a pub crawl back, came back to my room for about 10 mins to get changed then went out again, ending up at filth. I left about 12.30 though as I was feeling really hungover already after having to do a couple of punishments for talking about exams

I downed some drinks in the Dew Drop, and guven the lack of alcohol exposure this term, it went straight to my head. Tried my very best to get drunk, but exams really took so much out of me, I just could not be bothered! I even left the bridge at 12.00.
Not the way celebrating was intended.

Oh well

Just not hardcore enough, Nikking! You know you'll only end up with a 1st with that attitude.

Ur a funny one!
I'll be lucky if I don't have to resit any!!

seriously!!!

Rokin Blenda is the skinny asian one, with glasses, usually sits next to me.

lmao, Nick and I are lab partners. I'm the distinct Londoner from Keble as i'm so often reminded :p: . Also, i resent being called skinny because as you know i eat a LOT... i just don't put on weight

I'll have you know there is nothing wrong with being skinny. On a more serious note when are people gonna bother to start learning the short option stuff?

Personally I dont see the point in starting before the weekend. Its not like there's much to learn and I feel Ive crammed enough in the last few days

Dont blame me - I tried to change the topic. Besides.... start talking complex maths and they'll go away. A quick discussion on tensor algebra or something and they'll disappear :p:

errrrrrrr......Look at me....I'm a Tab *runs into a wall*....wow that was fun

did that help take attention away from the Keble-ness

thats the 1:

here we have an anti-symmetric 2 tensor. Now some vectors are not vectors at all but covectors. Also the determinant of the metric tensor is the Jacobian.

Right that should do it. :proud:
