When do you guys leave Ox?

Technically I leave college on sunday, but I'm around after that for most of 9th week as going to Trinity Ball etc

Stu I'm sure you did fine on your exams - you've certainly passed and possibly done better than that!

My bday isn't actually until middle of 10th week (will be celebrating all alone at home as all my friends are either away/busy!!!), but I think I'm going to celebrate it this weekend with everyone in Oxford before they go home!

:hahaha:

Haha - sorry

What do you need the libraries for - what are you doing? Surely there is nothing major now til October and any books you need you can take out. That is my plan.

Chloe -> bad luck on the birthday situation. But I find a quiet occasion is nice too. My Birthday is in August so I always had that problem too. Have a great day anyway.

yay exams = over. Strange, I really dont know what to do with myself now given that I cant get drunk cos of rowing until saturday (which is my birthday, what perfect timing!!).

I've waited for freedom for so long, and now I've got it, I dunno what to do with myself.

I'm guessing that Nick is using it as a way of being allowed to stay up in 9th week! I tried that (although I do plan to use the library as we have to start planning a presentation etc) but got refused....luckily some of my friends didn't! hehe

...which is why we're all on TSR! I'm going to go to Debenhams in a bit and have a look at ball dresses (yes I can be a girl when I want to be!) as need one for Trinity Ball. Can't be bothered to go shopping properly yet...can do that another day (when weather's drier) but I should be able to waste a couple of hours in Debenhams trying on dresses and stuff. Then might go and buy "The Sims2" (sad I know!) as I got really addicted to The Sims but it refuses to work properly on my laptop and now that I have free time I may as well start playing games again!

Anyways, have fun guys and I'm sure you'll think of things to do...hopefully the weather will improve as I really want to go and have some picnics in Univ Parks and play frisbee etc!

Don't buy the Sims 2 for your laptop!!! they don't work, they're such huge files that they run so slowly and doesn't work at all, it's uber crap. You can only really play them on a PC  my sims 2 is at home cos it wouldnt work :frown:

and Don't shop at debenhams....I hate that place! Please don't give them your money! I worked there for 1.5 years and really don't like the place at all now....all they ever seemed to care about was getting your money! I didnt like that attitude. DONT DO IT!

And mmmmm I could buy Half Life 2 (or borrow it or something)...but I dont wanna do stuff that involves sitting in my room, I can do that during lightweights dev squad in a few weeks time when I'm all alone in cambridge!
HL2 is also quite tough to run on manylaptops.

*Willa have a custom built workstation so HL2 = no problem*
Well done for getting through first year of university everyone (well pending a retake or too, maybe)!

Sorry Chloe I weren't there, I finished about 40 minutes early, and was well tired ): and we also had our post-exam celebrations with the chemists on Thursday. I feel guilty, but there's always next year, I suppose.

Yay! I bought a dress from Debenhams (sorry Willa!) it's a gorgeous greeny/blue silk dress and I fell in love with it the moment I saw it. It was £100 which was what I was prepared to spend...however I'm not sure it's actually right for Trinity Ball, so I may be buying another one yet (I'm DEFINITELY keeping this one though for future occaisions as it's gorgeous)...urghh I'm becoming girly again!

If you guys are really bored then this game becomes quite addictive once you get the hang of it and it's quite challenging...
