Thanks Stu! I'm pleased, as although it's not an amazing result I clearly comfortable passed and it's nice to know I did better than 75ppl in our year - I'm clearly not the worst! One of the Lincolnites here got 77.5% on the CP1 paper...madness!!!!

EDIT: Ok, Andy got 83% on CP2...that's madness!!!

Here - what's this with people getting 0.5 marks on CP1? I got 71.5 and was most confused.

Nick: too right about the rotation matrices - P6 did 2D rotational ones! They were a gift as long as you realised worked out how to keep one coordinate the same in 3D, which just meant making a few elements 0s and 1s. My papers in order of difficulty from hardest to easiest: CP1, CP3, CP4, CP2, S2 (Astro)

What is everyone up to over summer? I'm off to Malaga on the 19th, and then going interrailing around Europe from Oslo to Athens in August. Anyone got any friends I could mooch off of in the following countries: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, Slovenia, Italy, Greece?

I'm rowing...my hands are falling apart :frown: But my coach seems to think I have a reasonably good catch relative to most of the others so that's good! Might go to henley this weekend so I can strut my stuff in my fancy red blazer!

oh my god I'm such a boatie!

I flew back from their yesterday...damn BMI decided they couldn't be bothered to unload the excess fuel they'd put on (some spanish idiot had overfilled it and the plane was too heavy to take-off) and so instead they decided to leave off over 50% of the flight's luggage! So my suitcase, my dad's and around half of the people's on the plane are in Malaga still! My mum was rather lucky and somehow her's was kept on the flight! grrrrrrr

Anyways, I'm now back on TSR...my god, I've missed so many threads in the last 2wks! :frown:

easyjet weren't much better with luggage - they convinced themselves they had an extra passenger who hadn't turned up so they had to try and find their non existant bag on our plane! they took them all off, thought they had it, then realised they didn't so they had to take all the bags off again and get everyone to get off and find their own to work out which one the extra one was. They then told everyone about the bombs in london (although some of us already knew) and a few people didn't want to fly any more so they had to get all the bags off for a third time to remove theirs!! In the end we were 2 hours late leaving :frown:
