yeah..to be honest it's not entirely clear what you mean..

most universities seem to have career advisory departments - so i imagine you could go to these to ask advice & individual faculty/tutors may give personal help/guidance.. but really, by the time you're an undergrad. (& indeed..even as a school leaver) there's only so much anyone else can do to "help".

there's plenty of official info out there to guide you & resources on the internet that can give more anecdotal help too.. i can't imagine there's much more you need? & judging by some PSs i've seen, it seems that even careers office staff can be slightly misguided & even detrimental!

if you are thinking of doing another degree & trying to enter medicine through the graduate route i would warn you it's very competitive though.. arguably even more so that at 18.. try browsing Admissions Forum or Med School Guide (if you haven't already!) for the experiences of others.. :p:
