Another hair question. – styles

I’ve recently had my hair cut (short layers at the front, long at the back) it’s also quite short, with a fringe. However, my hair dresser is coming tomorrow, I would like some advice as what to get done. I was thinking of just having the long layers at the back, cut to the same length as my front ones, so that the overall style of my hair would be shorter. What do you think would be best?
