Do you think I'll be expected to wear uniform?

My Sixth Form usually has a uniform (suit, etc), but as it's now study leave we obviously only have to go in for the exams. Obviously, you can't speak for my school, but in general, if a school has a uniform code, would they expect this to remain adhered to even through study leave?

Thanks

Quite the joker you are.
we have to wear uniform for exams, but if we just go into school to revise or see a teacher then we don't have to  as long as we don't wear anything inappropriate aha

Why don't you just ring the school reception and ask them.

It's a good point though. I don't quite understand. If you're on study leave, then you won't be at school right?

If you're not at school, why would you wear uniform? Or are you going into school to study in their library or something?

No, I mean when going in for exams. I have an exam tomorrow. Last time I checked taking AS exams at home wasn't an option.

Just wear a suit - why do people think looking smart is a punishment?

The school really should have told you this before study leave though!

Oh I see. I'd guess you probably do. I had to wear uniform for exams.
have to wear uniform for exams but not if just going in to revise/ask teachers something
We don't have uniform in the 6th form, but in Y11 we didn't have to wear uniform any more after our lessons had finished - we just came in wearing whatever.

Wear the uniform for exams. My school was pretty lax with uniform in general but if we didn't wear it for exams then they wouldn't let us sit the exam.

In regards to whether or not to wear it when you wander in to school whilst you're on study leave (like to pick up a book etc) then no don't bother unless they make a big deal out of it.
we have to wear our suit if we have an exam. and we have to wear it if we just come in to revise in the library etc
Wear your uniform regardless. "Dress smart, think smart" as they say!

When taking exams I'm pretty sure you have to wear your uniform/ dress code, I do anyway.

That should be the last thing on your mind at the moment. Revise!!!!
We were told we wouldn't be allowed to take the exam if we didn't turn up in proper uniform.
