If there's one "special" set, you can compare it in turn with each other set using a t-test. Have a look at what I did here:

There the "special" set is the "neutral pH" set.

ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) can compare all the sets at once, but that involves chi-squared tests rather than t-tests.
