naturally slim girls?

i'm slim and i've never been on a diet apart from just eating relatively healthily- i don't eat (well..not too many lol) cakes and biscuits and i actually enjoy my greens..honest! but i still eat crisps and don't worry about what i'm eating but i'm still naturally slim- everyone in my family is like that!

but the prob i find is that in womens magazines theres always so many articles trying to reassure *ahem* larger women that do so by putting down us slim gals and saying that men don't find us attractive!

so guys....what do you really like??! :p:

Well I don't like extremely skinny women. That's just not nice at all. The same goes for the opposite. What's needed is a happy compromise, a bit like your good self

men like women in general!

All varieties of one like all varieties of the other, problem solved.

Don't listen to those beauty magazines. No one wants a fat girlfriend and no one wants a super-skinny one, but slim is better than 'chunky'. (OK yes, I'm massively generalizing...)

'Handles' can be quite cute though.

Slimmer is better in my opinion.

I don't understand why it matters. If a man didn't find me attractive then it is no skin off my back. Everyone has different tastes and if a man can judge someone by their looks alone, then he is someone I don't want to ever be with.

Well no one judges people by looks alone (at least, not when considering a 'proper' relationship), but would you want to go out with someone who didn't find you physically attractive? Even if he does think you are attractive he is still judging you by your appearance.

I don't see why would that bother me? There are more important things in life to me.

It's a big world out there, there's probably someone for everyone.

I wasn't speaking in the context of a relationship. I meant if you were to be in a club or pub, try and pull someone, fancy someone, etc. Attractivness has a small percentage to do with looks. Of course if you are with someone you will find them attractive, and the feeling is mutual. But by just being with the person you can find yourself more attracted to them.

I'm just saying... Blackhawk said she didn't understand why it matters. Well it might matter more to someone who is consistantly shunned by a shallow society...

then it is a matter of self esteem, not the fact that there is something wrong with the person. No one is ever better than anyone else. There will always be worse looking and better looking people out there, it is all about being comfortable in your own skin. That, in itself, is a desirable quality.
