I want to lose it now! But I know it's going to take a few weeks on a healthy diet and exercise routine :frown:

and then when you've lost it again you can stop the diet and exercise!

I know exactly what you mean, last year I put on a stone and half and i was at my heaviest, but i completely ignored it. But eventually i got so down that I knew i had to do something about it... but i never wanted to be in that situation again, so i made a lifestyle change rather than going on a diet. Now I feel better than ever, and there's no chance of me getting in that position again!

I had a similar finding last week, I'd put on two and a half stone.

In fairness I hadn't weighed myself in four years.

How do you suddenly just discover this. I know and feel it when I've put on so much as 1kg.
i put on 7kg for the summer  and i feel much healthier.

(btw i used to be 54 kg)
I somehow managed to put on 1 stone in a 4-ish week period, from Jan to Feb of this year. Coincided with me doing more weights at the gym but still, it's not likely I've been eating any more than usual. Needed and wanted to put on (muscle) weight anyway.

I've put on a stone in about a year. I'm trying to walk more, and eat better food but with exams, it just isn't happening. It may have been easier if I hadn't left my job where I walked around the whole time I was there. Oh well! Only want to loose the extra stone so my clothes fit properly again!

You're not gonna lose a stone by merely 'walking'. Pull your sleeves up, do the hard work.

I weighed myself the other day and just randomly I've gained a stone :frown: I knew I'd put on weight cause my clothes were feeling tighter and I haven't been doing as much exercise as I usually do and I've been eating sooo much junk! But I didn't think I'd gotten this fat! :frown:
