Is your AQA addtional science exam on your entry sheet?

the time or date arent on my AQA entry sheet for additional science. biology or physics arnt on the sheet. although it does say this:

GCSE MODULE ASCC ADDITIONAL SCIENCE COURSEWORK

ASCC COURSEWORK

GCSE MODULE ASCC SCIENCE COURSEWORK

ASCC COURSEWORK

it doesnt say anything about the exam date or me entered for the addtional science exam.
im 100% sure, and why doesnt it say it there?

I didn't think mine said the Chemistry one but I've lost it now so can't check. If you're not entered for Biology, I suppose you're screwed really.

mine says nothing about tests though and i dont understand why.
but iv already done physics and it says something about my coursework only in the sheet.

Even if you're not entered, you can still sit the exam. Coursework is a separate module and has to be entered separately, same with the aggregation too. I wouldn't worry too much, just find your exams officer tomorrow and explain it - they usually send extra papers, they'll just have to pay a late entry charge.
