Stay in and revise unless you're confident you know the subject back to front.

There is a very big party me and the guys are throwing on Thursday, we're really excited about the theme, its going to be carnage.

But, i have an exam at 9 in the morning. Do you think i can go in the exam refreshed by any way with the party the night before it? Or should i scrap the party and revise?

If you do this, and bomb the exam, you'll have no one to blame but yourself.

If it's an important exam in any way, shape or form - for goodness sake, don't go out. There'll be plenty of parties over summer.

if it was like two days before yeah but not the night youll be tired and you wont have revised

Reply 5

Go out and get pissed. It will mentally prepare you for the exam.

Reply 6

Dont do it.

party on, dude

My mate went out for his birthday this sunday and drank himself into hospital, got out at 5 am and then took his physics exam at midday. So it's do able, if not adviseable

Reply 9

It depends how confident you are in the subject and if going out will hinder your performance. Some of my mates feel fine after a night out.

Reply 10

bad idea

Reply 11

hmm depends, what exam is it? and how confident are you that you can get your needed grade withoit actually putting too much effort in?

Reply 12

Yeah do it, couple of glasses of water before you go sleep and you'll be fine.

Reply 13

Whats the point?

People will ask about your results, and wont care about the excuse that you went out the night before...

Have a revision party, and drink shots when you get an answer wrong!

What if you get all the answers right?

1. Then you haven't learnt anything.
2. Nobody will be drunk.
3. Because of this, it will be very boring.

Best thing to do is start drinking again when you get up in the morning to keep your blood alcohol level nice and high. It'll get you through the exam not feeling so bad. And if it's something like english you'll find yourself more creative. If it's science or maths then god bless you.

Sure I went out last Sunday and I had an exam on the Monday at 9:00; I'm pretty sure I got an A in it.

Its a bad idea. You won't be able to forgive yourself if you bomb out and you know you had the option not to go to the party.
