Admittedly I'm no expert but I would have thought Cardiff/MMU was no contest...Cardiff wins hands down.

I agree, Cardiff is well known for its medical and health courses, plus the cost of living is really low (apprentley the lowest in the UK).

No contest for me, Cardiff all the way!

Hmmmm - I applied for Manchester when I applied for Physio the first time - it used to be its own physio school that was affiliated with uni of manc but then moved to the metropolitan - I wuldn't worry about it being a met - Manchester is one of the best physio schools in the country as is cardiff! You've got two great choices there. The course at Manc hasn't just started, its been running for AGESSSS and is top class

Personally I would go for Manc as I've been there and loved it, and I haven't been to Cardiff. If you're so sure that cardiff isn't for you then don't go there and go to Manc.......... either way you're gonna go to a very good physio school

hey, need some information on how the well respected the physiotherapy course is at Manchester Metropoliton University.

i have to choose between cardiff and mmu, and am in a realy big dilema.

i visited both the uni's and like them both but i dont feel cardif wil suit me the best, but im worried about mmu as it is a metropoliton uni.

any help would be apreciated.

Hi!

Cardiff the whole way!! Its known as one of the top 5 unis for Physio/medicine, its well established and the City is AMAZING!!
Ive visited Wales on numerous occassions and its brilliant. I dont think you would hear a negative vibe bout the town and i have a friend studying Physio there and she loves it!!!

I've been accepted there too and its first choice at the moment!!

Make your decision wisely! If you think both courses are good, start looking at info bout the citys (you'll not be in the books all the time), I think Cardiff may come out on top!!

Like we all said though, its just our personal opinions, but you did ask!
