my best friend

I have a best friend his name is callum, and he is gay. which is all fine and dandy except that people (before cally started dating boys) always thought me and callumn were the "will they wont they" couple, and about 6 weeks ago we were playing truth or dare and some little dude (whom i dislike) dared callum to fess up to how he feels about me.

So having heard im the "girl who got away", which hurt alot because i really liked him what do i do but get on with things and laugh it off. I then became really i'll as most of you heard and cally always pulled through for me, ran me baths, washed my hair and so on. To further add to the controvices a couple of weeks ago i kissed him. but he kissed back which was weird.

Now today's dilemma is that he told me he thinks he is inlove with me and startd discirbing all the feelings he gets when he is around me..and its kinda weirding me out and i dont know what to do.

thats the thing, he is definately gay since the age of like 12 we both knew it, he had a boyfriend until i got ill and his boyfriend got jealous cally spent more time with me than with him.

i just cant seem to grasp the idea

I think he does love you but he's confused. I think it sounds more like the love for a friend but since he's had them so long/cared for you so long he acted on them. Have you tried speaking to him about how he felt when he kissed you?

well if he has always been gay then it is a bit weird, he does seem quite confused, he might need a bit of time to work out his feelings, do you have feelings for him?

used to a long long long time ago back in the day when i thought he was the childhood sweetheart...but then he did dress up as posh spice alot and he was never any good at climbing trees

so if he came along and said that he was confused before and wasn't really gay, and was in love with you and wanted a relationship, would you, or would it be too weird?
