Rashes caused by nerves?

Today was my first exam and although i didn't think i was that nervous i think i was (my nails are almost non-existent now :p: ) So yeah, the back of my hands have been really itchy all day and i ended up scratching them so much that i now have big red blotchy marks all over them. :dong:

I used to get this when i was younger (about 6 or 7years old) in the bend in my arm and i think that was down to nerves. So am i right or would there be another reason for this do you think?

Maybe it's eczema? The bend in your arm is maybe the most common place to get that. That can be aggravated by stress too.

my friend has exzema, which has come up because of the exam period and stress. I too can break out in spots (of the normal variety) when stressed. Maybe, gross though it sounds, we sweat more under pressure, which is going to cause changes in our skin?

Last time i had this Beeswax cream. It was just this really cooling cream and it seemed to help so i'd recommend it. Don't have it anymore though.:frown:

It's very possibly eczema, which I get when I am very stressed (used to get it when I was 6 and hadn't had it since til this year when it came back). See your doctor, who can give you a cream such as hydrocortisone cream coupled with a moisturiser

But the back of your hand? lol I didn't know you could sweat there, its a bit unusual sounding.
