A pessimist is never disapointed.
Ha I finished an essay in my standard grade english exam with that. What a loser. I must have thought I was deep and meaningful :frown:

Sod's law is the bane of my life. Its always the case that the thing you dont want to happen does, and the thing u do want to happen doesnt. any1 else share this pessimistic view?

No man, not only the worst possible thing happens. But something WORSE than the worst possible thing can sometimes happen. Like I kinda liked a girl, mightve asked her out. The worst thing would be if she said no.

But no.

She was going out with a friend of mine in secret.

WAY worse.

Or recently, I was scared I would do badly in the exam. That'd be awful.

But no.

I missed it.

Actually, the worst thing would be if she said yes, then you went out with her, only to find she was really Godzilla disguised as a person, leading to her shedding the disguise, eating you, and crushing your home town in a frenzy of destructive glee.

That would be much worse.
More i experience it now the less i will later when i my good Karma kicks in
