A Cherry Coke bottle

If it had been a regualr coke bottle but cherry! - tut tut- it was bound to happen. If you live by the chewy cherry coke bottle you die by the chewy cherry coke bottle.

The same happened to me-but not with a coke bottle! It does taste horrible but my wire was left really sharp after i snapped it and kept cutting me. The dentist will sort it out. Are you expected to wear the wire on your teeth for the rest of your life? I am...or until it happens to drop off in 20 years time or something. Will I have to trot back to the orthodontist then or will the dentist be able to help?! Who knows...

I have a wire behind my 4 front teeth because I had a gap between them and even after wearing train tracks for ages gaps have a tendency to open up again!

O, In Australia they usually fix that problem by removing part of the muscle/tendons around your front teeth that help push them apart, or by building up your front teeth so they are held in place more by the teeth around them. I guess the wire is an alternate method but it sounds pretty nasty to me. The worst part of having braces were the wires stabbing me in the mouth. I can't image always having the wear wires. I'd even prefer to continue to wear a plate at night than have wires still stuck to my teeth

Yeah, I had an operation to remove that tendon too...must've just been an abnormal case. Typical!
