What you need to do is set aside some time to get away from everything! Like sometimes I like to sit down on the sofa in the dark with a big bag of walkers sensations, a couple o' jam donuts, and some diet coke ... and watch a good old silly fantasy movie to get away from everything. Star wars/lord of the rings... whatever you like really!

have you ever thought about meditation? really i kno as it is seen my many as being a bit "strange" and there are alot of jokes about it...but really it is by far the best way to get away from everything. and its also great for improving concentration!

i know what stress is all about, because i have depression and i found that it helped to talk to someone about stress.
if you don't want to go to talk to someone, go for a walk, it helps me all the time.
Take a lot of drugs. You can't be stressed if you're permanently out of your head on shrooms, weed, and crack.

i let the stress build up until it forces me into something productive... otherwise i'd never get any revision done..

change the little things in your life that are causing you stress if you can.
If you are worried about being late to places always make sure you with 3 buses that you can catch to get you there on time.
Things like that.
Oh and good sleeping and a good diet as well.

i heard somewhere - and it works -that if you imagine a current running from your fingertips to your toes - and really concentrate - you'll feel instantly relaxed!! and stress free!! :smile:
