I need to apply for my student finance, probably like now

so how do i know whether i am

>Apply for support
>Support an application
>Apply for support and Support an application

well u apply for support of you're applying for student finance.

The support an application is used by parents/guardians who do means tested applications. the third option happens if you applying for finance whilst also supporting someone else... liek amybe if you were applying for student loans but also had a child going to uni at the same time? but yeah... go for the first one.

oh right ok so

my sister is at uni and my parents are paying for that but i still go for first option :-S aaah

after ive done my bt (which ive not done yet)

what do my mum and dad have to do?

why dont they put some sort of guide to help you or not make it so complicted

If you are applying online you do all your stuff then it will ask you to name the person who is supporting your application mam/dad and it will give you a number for them to use when supporting your application.

They will then have to do basially similar to what you did but enter household income etc.
