Fitness Routine Watch

I joined a gym roughly 2 weeks ago, and am planning on going 3/4 times per week. The last few times that I have been there I have done:

13 minutes on the treadmill (5 minutes running)
25 minutes on the treadmill/cross trainer (looks like a treadmill, but the belt is in 2 and goes up and down)
10 minutes on the bike
5-10 minutes on the rowing machine
Roughly 10 more minutes on the treadmill to cool down

Is this an okay planning for burning fat?
Someone told me that it was working all the same muscles, but I'm not too sure how to target other muscles?
Any advice would be appreciated
