Hi, I only have dumbells at home. What sort of work out could you fit into a half hour/night? Im looking to tone up. Im 6 foot and weigh around 11.5 stone ish.

bicep curls, dumbell flys, tricep extentions (all 3 sets of 10) umm cant think of much else atm. Just jog, do that work out and press ups and chin ups and you should tone up your upper body.

Not really.

If you got a tight time limit do something like:

Bench press supersetted with bent over rows (gunna have to be one arm rows for DB's) 4x5

dumbell shoulder raise supersetted with upright DB row, 4x5

Then squats if you can with dbs 4x5.

Should take no time.
Dumbells are truly crap for stuff like this though, barbell is much better.
