I did this exam in January as a re-sit, and for the first set of questions omissions came up, insanity (I think) and erm evaluating the defences to murder. For the problem questions, murder, theft and something else came up.. then the last set was assault and murder, I think. Lol. So you can probably rule out omissions and insanity, as they both came up in June 2008 when I did it the first time, too.
