There is no need to squirm - unless it is with barely contained laughter. I, Gregorian and Constantine went to see it as soon as it came out - it was great!!!
you mean "Gregorian,Constantine and I"

*tuts*i would've expected better of you :p:

Due to the lingulistic permutations of the given words, I have come to the conclusion that although one arrangement may be more popular it is not the only possible of the available choices.

Dont tell me that NOBODY here has ever watched spongebob with avidity?

OK people, now that my exams are over, I'm going to be catching up on all the months of reading time I lost due to revision. Here's my to read list. If anyone here has read any of the books on it, could they please let me know what they thought of them? I'll probably buy about 5 or 6 of these:

Misery
Fade
1984
Mysterious Skin
The House of Sleep
The Losers' Club
A Prayer for Owen Meany
Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister
House of Leaves
The Time Traveler's Wife
The Pocket Muse: Ideas and Inspiration for Writing
The Virgin Suicides
The Opal Deception
Rose Daughter
Ultimate Unofficial Guide to the Mysteries of Harry Potter
Spindle's End
Beauty: A Retelling of the Story of Beauty and the Beast
Queer as Folk:The Book
The Thief Lord
Stardust
Lemony Snicket: The Unauthorized Autobiography
Series of Unfortunate Events (3 onwards)
The Dark is Rising Sequence
The Shadow Of The Wind
The Five People You Meet in Heaven
The Making of Memento
Sandman series
Ring
Pet Sematary
Darkangel Trilogy (2&3)

The Time Traveler's Wife
Stardust
Smoke and Mirrors: Short Fictions and Illusions
Read these three.

The Time Traveler's Wife is a nice and romantic story, but I was put off by the graphic sex scenes and the dirty talk that occur within it. They just seem... off.

Stardust remains my favourite Neil Gaiman novel. Like it more than Neverwhere and American Gods.

Smoke and Mirrors: Short Fictions and Illusions has lots of good short stories in it that are discussed in that Neil Gaiman thread.

The Shadow of the Wind's AMAZING. Think along the lines of Phillip Pullman. But real. ish.

These are the only ones that I've read . It wasnt worth it - frankly Snicket books are all the same with an identical plot structure. The film embodies this perfectly - there are 3 short stories in it (first 3 books) which are all EXACTLY THE SAME!!!

But 1984 is good, along with The Dark is Rising sequence. Ive already said I didnt like the thief lord though. Dont let that put you off, I think it was just something I alone disliked.

I have indeed - in fact a Garth Nix thread was one of Liraels first (). I skiped big bits of Sam when I first read it because Lirael was better andI hate suspense but I liked Sam the second time around.
