Ah ok. Seemed rather early for A level exams, but yeh. School or college in Cambridge, then?

I was thinking that now everyones exams are coming to an end we should have another book club, I never managed the 2 most recent ones as I just didn't have the time, but now I've got some lazy days ahead and a book club would be good Any takers?

Well, it's book related, so here is also fine, I think! But I guess it would make more sense for a thread to be dedicated for it.

I'm going to resume my Star Wars readings this summer... loads of books to catch up with! Also a few assorted others for my course. How about everyone else?

I'm in the middle of Ayn Rand's 'The Fountainhead'. Horrible philosophy but a pretty good book.

Finished 'The Fountainhead' by Ayn Rand. Horrible philosophy, but a book worth reading.

So, has anyone heard of L. E. Modesitt Jr.? I've recently been reading his Corean Chronicles.... it's really good stuff! I recommend them to anyone who likes good fantasy .
