I liked the Da Vinci code more to be honest - more interesting. Ambigrams are cool though.

I've just finished reading the da vinci code, it took forever to read, but thought it was an excellent read! by the time I'd reached the end, I'd forgotten a lot of the plot, but it kept me engaged most of the way through.

are the rest of dan brown's books this good???

They're all prertty similar in terms of writing style and general (ver general that is) plot, but they are all well researched and enjoyable to read.

Yeah thats what I've noticed while reading his books. I'm actually reading Digital Fortress now and I think that in each book he's started with some kind of death / murder...must be his signature style :rolleyes:

Something related to The Da Vinci Code?^o) I haven't heard of it...

Deception Point was my favourite of the Dan Browns as I keep saying. Digital Fortress was a bit of a let down though...

yep. i love deception point. others were a bit predictable, but excellent nonetheless.. for the grail fans, i seriously recommend the rule of four.. same feeling and genre, but much less action, bit heavier, but a good read. try it!

(dont i sound like some sort of advertising? ha!)

What order did you guys read the Dan Brown books in?
For me it was;
1. De Vinci Code
2. Angels and Demons
3. Decpetion point
4. Digital Fortress

Maybe that's why I didn't like the last so much, I read all 3 in quick succession and possibly grew abit tired if that style?

Thats the order I've read/ reading them in...I'm half way through Digital Fortress and it's not the greatest start but it's still enjoyable...anything with computers and geeky stuff gets my attention anyway :p:

It really doesn't matter...just pick one at random. However I suggest that you read Angels and Demons and Da Vinci Code one after the other as it has the same male lead character in both of them
