What you need to do is realise you cannot change it but you can extract a lesson from it and use that to shape your future character.

every day i come up with something tedious or not so tedious and regret deeply for about half an hour.

how do i cure this ??

I know how u feel i always regret stuff i have done but i realise theres nothin i can do about it now so just forget about it. Stop thinking about the things uv done so much that way u can regret them

Meh. I rarely regret anything, unless it's really bad. I find not caring helps.

frequently

I tend to focus on the negative far too much.

Think about what you've dome well rather than about what you've done badly, thats what I do.

i regret taking german AS a lot at the moment.

i don't have regrets i have lessons.

things could have been differently but you have to look at where you are now, what you learnt as a result and realise you had to do that to learn that something which will always be useful. like if i regret being forward with a guy, even though it ended badly, i wouldn't take back those months when there was something there and the fact he knows i'm out there etc

Generally regret is something you get at 45.

Anything before is just a lesson to be learned. Like the poster before me said.

Reply 15

i regret alot of things really, but the most are things i said to one person, i regret alot of things actually, come to think of it, but, there is no use living in the past really, thats what historians do!

Reply 16

life's too short to regret things

Reply 17

think about it then fix it. or if you cant, dont do it in the first place.

Reply 18

Think about your actions first, trust me it saves a lot of "regret" time
