does this girl still like me?

a few weeks ago at a restaruant, this girl who used to like me came in with her family and she saw me sitting down with my dad, so she came and sat near me and dad.
as i was leaving, we looked at each other for about 5 seconds and we looked at each others eyes, as dad and i drove out, i'm pretty shaw that she looked at me.
so, do you guys think that she still likes me?

It's possible, but a look can be interpreted in more than one way. After all, she may have been looking at someone else!
In a world of non-verbal communication, i strongly advocate cutting through the confusion by just asking her - meet up for coffee, chat for a bit and then slip into conversation that you might be interested, or are single, or have had difficulty connecting with people (or any other of the myriad of ways to suggest interest). Just be open. Makes everything easier..

In my (albeit limited) experience with shy girls, the best way forward is to be really charming/talkative and be confident. If you go chat to her at a party or elsewhere and, rather than pausing awkwardly at any break in the conversation, just keep it going and keep talking she will eventually relax and talk too. At which point it's recommended that you shut up.

it's hard to tell really, when only she knows her true feelings. it could mean anything, she may like you, or she may have just been being friendly. or she may be wondering if you like her after she caught you looking at her :p:

Well, I reckon if she looked into your eyes, then she feels somethin for you, its not something you would do with a teacher after all is it? Try and contact her, find out, she may still have a flame lit for you.

How Much does glances count..? This kind of thing always confuses me.. I mean I was out at a bar last night with a group of friends, and everytime I glanced at this guy I like, he was looking at me..

I think If you still want to find out then Talk to her.. Direct approach. You could even try talking to one of her friends.. Not always advisable But you never know.

Thanks guy's, this is alot of help, i go to school with this girl's brother and he has been laughing at my remarks towards things and he also talks to me more now.

Being one of the so called shy girls. I would say this girl still likes you. Contact her, there is obviously still something there but you are going to ned to make the first move. Take her out somewhere like for a coffee as suggested, neutral kind of situation and see how it goes from there. Good luck :smile:

just talk to her! grab her and ask her ANYTHING start ANY conversation. if she lieks you she'll act in a fancying manner even if she is shy eg hair flicking or touching face, or stand closer. you can then be sure and make the move...
