How to stop my fringe going curly?

Does anyone have any tips/products that will stop my fringe going curly when its warm/raining?

I'll leave with straight hair, but by the time i get to work or where-ever i'm going, my hairs curly.

if it's raining there's not much you can do! maybe take a cordless straightener to work with you? :P alternatively... hair spray? fringes are a right pain really!

Use a strong VO5 gel, or similar, probably one of those invisible gels I've seen on TV.

pocket straighteners

Don't think gel would do your fringe any justice. It can make your hair look really greasy.

Use pocket straighteners or hair serum after straightening. :smile:

It's a bit hard when its raining, I hear that if you try putting some baby powder under your fringe it works well

I know how you feel, I have to stick my fringe down with a hairdryer/brush about 3 times a day! That usually works for me if I blast heat on it but obviously you can't take a hairdryer around with you...anything like gel/vaseline may make it look a bit greasy!

wear a hat =] i've got longish hair, for a dude at least and i make sure I have a beanie with me so that if it starts chucking it I can jsut stick it on my head. Otherwise all my hair goes uber curly and affro style - not cool lol

just grow it out. when i had a fringe it did that all the time, all my hair does it, so i just grew it out and work an easier more natural look

It's freezehold though so will literally make your hair go solid

Try wetting it down again the either put ur hand on it and lean down to the side on the table of side or put a hat on anything really to hold in they way u want it u could always just keep brushing it while wet any of these would work as long as u do it for 10-15 mins it should stay straight without washing for 2 days also Vaseline makes ur hair grow apparently
