feeling bad

Hi...i'd just like to post about how i've been feeling in the last few days - well last week.

I feel very tired...i have done exercise....i've been eating ok, but the area under my eyes is very dark, and i look like a drug addict, or someone who hasn't slept for god knows how long. Im not sure what it is, but if people know what this could be and any recommendations that would be great - i didnt have this last term at uni and everything im doing now is the same as last term, i think....arghh. Under my eye brows, it is quite bulgey like...my eyes just look very heavy, tired and weighed down....i really don't want to look like a drug addict, its bad enough people thinking im weird as it is (maybe im am  ) and looking at me strangely, not sure what to make of me....especially if they think im a drug addict, when im not.

I am just physically feeling down, not to mention im fed up of university education...but thats a different story.

I suggest you head off down to your gp..they will be able to advise I expect. I don't really know but could something like fatigue or one of those kind of illnesses?

Ruthie xx
what you need to do it put two spoons in the fridge and take them out after an hour and put them over your eyes (preferably whilst laying down). I read that in a magazine. I'm sure it can't be that bad, mabye after a holiday everything will be ok? Besides, i dont really think drug addicts have the energy to exercise.

Heya, I sometimes have dark circles underneath my eyes, but i think thats hereditary. it might be because you are dehydrated so try drinking loads of water. also some other peeple recommended egg white to tighten the skin or hemoroid cream!

More sleep.
It sounds to me like a potassium defficiency. I would go see your gp anyway to rule out thyroid problems etc. But in the mean time try potassium supplements or eat more food rich in potassium such as bananas  hope you feel better soon x
Thanks ppl - i have a suspicion it is an over-active thyroid, from what i've read, so i'll sort something out.

Thanks for the replies..
