the new system of a down album that is coming out next week, its got leaked so i had a listen. its really good! really motivativational.

Kasabian is quite good aswell if your exercising, and linkin park. and loadza others if your into that type of music

Hey, I made a workout CD for a friend a while back and it had the Salt and Pepa and Survivor tracks on that1

I also recommend 'Macho Man' by Village People and Can't Stop Me Now by Queen. The other ones I had were a bit girly. Although, my CD was mostly for cardio stuff, so I'm not sure if it'd be good for weights.
