Games

Can anyone explain to me why it is people in relationahips want to play games? I'm more of a direct person, I just don't have the patience to over analyse everything and don't get why some people love game playing.

Any suggestions of how to get rid of the games from the relationship? Other than just ask outright - cos what if he says he's not playing games - cringe! I couldn't cope with the embarrassment!

Any ideas?

how do you know he is playing games?
the reason people play games varied depending on the situation

my bf stood me up 9x running so i kept sending him texts saying how i lov him and really crying and cant sleep cos i so terribly missed him, to make him feel bad.

and i also pretentded to be angry whenever he says a woman fancies him. often i know it blatently isnt true-these girls have bfs or just dont care, but i know it means he wasnts attention

I have a question, why is he still your boyfriend?
Games if you're just flirting and stuff I can understand.. it's a bit lame, but makes some sense. But if you're in a relationship then what's the point? Unless you have an attiude problem.

Well I don't know about you, but my ex boyfriend and I used to have a great time playing Monopoly....

Of course, there's always naked Twister if you get bored of Monopoly

Yea that's sounds pretty sound advice 2bhonest.

Ultimately I know the whole thing's not good 4 me or my concentration - over-analysing everything tends to kill my revision time! - and I know deep down I should probably just move on and get rid (my friends tell me often enough!).

I just dunno tho cos he's got this amazing other side that means we can just get lost talking for hours and we've (in my opinion) got some pretty good chemistry. The whole back and forward thing just throws me tho like I can see this being something good but he just seems to be pushing me and pulling me all over the place. I don't know if I can just deal with it and hope it turns out to be something special in the end?

I cant put my objective head on and decide if I've got too much faith in people or am just being messed around?

Have to say, I was in this situation a few months ago. Seemed like me and my friend were going round and round in circles, neither of us admitting if we liked each other...it was starting to drive me up the wall, so in the end I just asked him. haha, and he thought that I wasn't being serious when I said that I liked him...so we had another few months of games, until he just admitted it.

So short story...I think you'll just have to ask. Believe me, I felt a lot better when it was all out in the open.

its women who play the games in my experience. I am also a very direct person. If a lady says something u go along with it when she actually means the opposite? So you go with the opposite and you p*** her off?! I mean, you just cant win. Its a no win battle.

Honestly? I like being direct person once in a relationship, games sometimes can be fun but there annoying sometimes.

About flirting games tho.. I seriously dont understand women in some aspects and im gona make a thread about it for the women of the forum to explain.
