Did I stop growing?

Hey, right now I'm 16, about 6 months until i turn 17. Basically, I stopped growing since last year and I'm stuck at 5'7. Did i stop growing? This is the first time that i've really stopped growing because I used to grow 1 inch every year. I'm worried about my height because I play basketball and I want to get to at least 5'10 before I stop growing. My parents are a little short and I'm taller than both of them.

Any input would be appreciated

Are your hands and feet bigger than the rest of you? If they are, you'll probably grow some more. If the worst comes to the worst, you can add about an inch on to your height by stretching, and it will make you flexible, which means you'll be so good in bed no girl will care how tall you are!

I'm 5'6 and sometimes I wish I was shorter. Petite is sweet, you're right.

Have you ever seen Uma Therman's hands? They are huge, once you notice you just can't look at anything else but her huge hands.

Whilst girls tend to stop growing earlier, it's really really really common for boys to have a late growth spurt in their very late teens. It's still quite possible that this may happen to you so don't fret about it :smile:

No way to be sure unfortunately but it's definitely possible that you'll still grow.

well if it makes you feel any better, im about 5"0 and im 17. ive barely grown since year 8. i had my growth spurt between year 6 and year 8 and now im stuck at this height, both my parents are normal ish kinda height and definitely not short...hmph:|

Dunno exactly when I stopped but I'm around 5'3/5'4.
