Favourite childhood memories?

I'll start with tv shows... Brum anyone?? and Come outside of course
Anyone remember that show that was like a comic book.. Zap was it?

Can anyone help me with this.... I remember I had a video (yes, a video.. remember those?! lol) and it was a Barbie movie I think. But they brought this wee girl into the past with them (or maybe they brought her into the future..) Anyway, they were like a pop group. And I remember this specific part they took her to an ice-cream parlour, and she was amazed by a banana split?

I miss my childhood :frown: lol

Aw man. I had such an active, outgoing and simply amazing childhood. We used to go to the woods, climb trees, play hide and seek, dick around on the estate (there's hardly any of that anymore, and a lot of the kids are "grammar" educated), tease and mess about with these other kids that were apparently from a "council area" (although to be fair they didn't seem to like us), play computer games and enjoy the various TV programmes. It was awesome.
Tots TV
Button Moon. :moon:

I remember making coffee for my mum and putting loads of chili powder in it. I was 6. :colonhash:

Thomas the tank engine and teletubbies, even as a kid i used to hate it when they repeated the small videos of kids playing. But i mainly just watched Cartoon network.

Remember the days before mobile phones, you'd just call to your mates' houses? Maybe kids still do this.. But I don't think it's the same anymore :frown:

This.

I was devestated

Was nearly as bad as turning 10 and realising that Ash Ketchum had a much cooler life than me.

Kids TV shows were awesome back then, a lot better than what they have these days IMO.

Also I remember this video I had as a kid - can't remember what it was but it had these two bears in it called Max and Min and they sand nursery rhymes and stuff with a lot of (very cheesy looking) kids.

I used to love Art Attack and would try and make some of the stuff. Me, my sister, and our next door neighbour used to be in a 'band' and we'd make up dance routines and make our parents sit through them. We also did plays which we wrote ourselves which were very long and drawn out

I loved my childhood days
