just wanted to know if disaccrides are reducing sugars as well..like sucrose, lactose etc ???

All monosaccharides are reducing sugars, some disaccharides are reducing and some non-reducing. This is why you always do the second test to break the disaccharides down to their monos. :turtle:

on AQA AS biology, sucrose is the only non-reducing sugar we have to know about...
