I'll get a year abroad in France/Spain/both as part of my degree, but I don't think I'd like to do the whole course there.

On some degree programmes, you can study in the USA for a year.

haha..no..you see, I came to UK to do my A-level and undergraduate course. That's what I meant by "I am studying abroad". n_n
BA/Bsc in UK + MA in USA is perfect for me.

I had thought about uni in the US, but that'd be extremely expensive and very very competetive.

I wanted to go to uni in America too, but it's fearsomely expensive. I did spend a year there though during my degree, for free!

Have a look at the International Student Exchange Program (www.isep.org) I think. You pay your rent and fees to your home uni as normal, but get to go to a university almost anywhere in the world for a semester or a year.

Feel free to bother me if you want to know more about it.
