1)exercise is the best thing, first of all it makes you get rid of negative energy and become happier more productive in your studies plus it burns fat:biggrin:

2)take a moment everyday a small walk in the morning before the pollution, jusat take a deep breathe in and let it out

3)dont do what you dont want,or not convenced in,for example if you dont feel like studying do not do it,and relax do not let your brain tell you that you should study 24/7

4)be confident, you are good, you owe your self some respect and that can be done by trusting your self and being proud of yourself

5)always make problems similar remember that there is always going to be tomorrow problems are either being forgotten or you'll adapt living with themplus every problem has a solution

6)be proud of what you've accoplished and let it be a motivation for you to go on forword in the future

If you feel yourself getting panicked in an exam, breathe in really deeply and slowly through your nose and out through your mouth a few times. Really calms you down!
im still crappy :frown:

what about chocolate?! I see no mention of chocolate! chocoalte ice cream would be best cos i read somewhere that ice cream activates your brains pleasure centres and so should be good in times of stress  and sunshine is good for reducing stress levels, if stuck in britain try and find a really really reallllllly strong light bulb n sit under that for a bit lol x

 I like to "zone out" and do nothing for at least 10 minutes a day. It's lovely.

what does to "zone out" mean?

Ooh, good tips.

1) Totally support the "don't work unless you feel like it". This close, it would be so stressful if you forced it.
2) Don't diet heavily around the exam period (random, I know) - added stress and worry over eating will kill you.
3) Eat fish to reduce stress. Fish increases brain power, apparently. This is only a placebo but I find that having some sort of 'solid' thing to do to 'increase brain power' helps.

great tips, and your breathing tip is very good, i cant remember the name of it but after a bit, it makes u feel a bit high lol, because you force a lot of oxygen to your brain.

It WILL relax you.
i think zoning out is when you just sit on your chair (somewhere comfortable) and stare out the window and let your mind drift, making random connections and the whole time you are not concentrating on anything mightily important so you;re brain is free to relax!
and listen to Baz Luhrman - the sunscreen song and Andrea Bocelli - the power of love
