We have 3 - I can almost match you on that one!! Wooh.
Just a shame my alternative for your pretty pool is a pond
A pond? 3 spare rooms?

Bloody hell. I think we all know who the odd one out is in this thread

Hehe. We would have 6, but daddy turned two of them into a library =/
The weirdo.
Hmmm well I think I'm outcompeted. We do, however, have a pretty swanky bookshelf thingy. (I lie - its actually pretty boring)

Try restarting.... it's like sleep, it heals nearly everything

...or it makes it worse.

I did my CPE at City - it was the cheapest and very good - it was very oxbridge though. The lecturers were excellent and most people go on to the bar. That is what I did. The whole thing is very expensive though and you have to treat the course a bit like a 9-5 job. The trick is securing the training contract or pupillage. It is a good idea to come up with your specialim before you start - environmental law is a good one - also look at planning law.
It is a long hard slog to get to where you want to go. I have just started my own law firm in Fiji - and that is great. Looking to recruit in a year or two if anyone fancies practising in a different and more tropical jurisdiction

Wanna give me some money for that then?

Seriously... I took a year out before uni just because I needed to raise some money :bawling:

EDIT: I have no idea how i'm gonna afford the BVC (for barristers) if I decide to take it... I wonder if you can take out special loans to cover those sorts of costs? Oh well it's a long way off yet. No point in worrying about it now
I hear banks are used to lending large sums to law students during their looong training. Just hope we're not paying it back all our lives. It's also a bit sad that tax law doesn't look that interesting!

Edit: oops didn't see the 2nd and 3rd pages...I think I'm a little off-topic now! Oh well....
