Sister keeps stealing my stuff and mum isnt being fair!!

Im 17 and my sister is 14, so i guess she 'looks up to me'. However, she steals everything of mine that i work hard for so i can buy it!!
It started a few years ago and she would take things like makeup and hair stuff. At first my parents did punish her by disconnecting her tv from the aerial and stopping her allowance for a week. It did then die down but she seems to have matured alot in appearence and now she is stealing my effing clothes!!!

Im lucky to have my mum do the washing and ironing but then my sister just takes my clothes straight from there without asking or telling me and some of my stuff goes missing for months at times. She also takes stuff from my wardrobe when im not in my room and is so lazy that at one point when she lost her toothbrush she decided to start using mine and not bother telling me which is sick! The worst bit is that she takes my underwear, dirties in them and then stuffs them in a hidden draw, just like my other clothes, until i eventually find them!

Like i said my parents were on my side at the start, but now as its got worst my mum will just laugh and say im being 'silly'. I ask her to talk to my sister about but she never bothers and even if she sometimes does my sister dismisses it by saying she wont do it again... and then another one of my tops goes missing.

Its got to a point where i cant stand it anymore, she cant respect other peoples things and my parents arent bothering to discipline her!!

Tell her yourself then, confront her...Or do the same thing to her till she learns not to mess with you.

Have you tried talking to your sister yourself? My sister used to do stuff like that (not as badly as yours though) and my parents didn't do anything about it. I got annoyed and yelled at her and stuff and she didn't do it again.

If your Mom's not cooperating, steal her stuff and when she confronts you laugh and say "Now who's being silly?". Problem solved. :cool:

Ive asked her so many times not to do it, but it just keeps happening. If i shout my dad tells me to calm down and not be so 'immature' , but i cant get through to her!! Shes a size bigger than me too, so she stretches all my clothes :/ She gets all these new clothes that my mum buys her and yet she steals my aswell. I could put a lock on my door, but she gets them straight from the wash :/

Few things to do;

- 'Borrow' your sisters undies, have a ****, wipe your ass with them and give her them back and be like "yeah that's how you deal with mine"...

- Take some of your mum's clothes that she usually wears and when she asks just go 'Your being silly'.

- Threaten to tell all her friends when you see them, or MySpace or Facebook or something that your sister wears your undies and makes a mess in them if she don't pack it the **** in?

Maybe they'll get the jist of it once they have some of there own medicine, so to speak? =P

Do you have separate bedrooms? If you do, get a lock for your door.
If not, fit a lock to your wardrobe and keep all your good clothes in there.

I think you're going to have to be pro-active about this yourself, rather than trying to get your uncooperative parents involved. Keep your things locked away and teach her that what's yours is yours. In 6 months time, she may well turn into a goth or an emo or something and won't need to nick your clothes lol.
