Nature - What is it? - Article etc
Origin - Who wrote it? - it could be a doctor
Purpose - Why did they write it?

Origin- who wrote or produced the source? When was it written or produced?:
Thomas Cromwell, King, Monk, author of a book.
Purpose- For what reason was the source produced? How will this affect the reliability of the source?:
To give a message, to persuade someone, to give information, to help someone.
