I once heard someone say "there's no such thing as overtraining, just under-eating"

    Do you agree or not?
When it becomes an addiction/obession/compulsion, then yes there is such thing. The urge to continue could cause the person to have physical injury/symptoms, and if related to other psych. issues, could be part of a bigger problem. It is very possible to overexercise. Aside from psych. disorders, a non sufferer could simply just overexert themselves or something. How does this relate to under eating?

I didn't really mean overtraining as in working until you pull a muscle, more over a longer period of time, like working out areas of the body very frequently. So the former would probably be less affected by eating than the latter (as food is used to rebuild muscle tissues). But fair point still!
