how to solve this??

dy/dx + xy = x ??

integrating factor = e^(x^2/2)

dy/dx + xy = x

dy/dx = x - xy
dy/dx = x (1 - y)

1/(1-y) dy = x dx

Integrating both sides gives:

-ln (1-y) = 0.5x^2 + c


[i don't know what you mean by integrating factor = e^(x^2/2) ]
