Integrate 2sin3xsin2x dx

In the answers it says its the equivilent of integrating (cosx-cos5x) but I dont know how to change it! Please help.

Also I know that when integrating products u use integration by parts but how do u know when to use substitution? Im doing C4.

Use cos(A-B)-Cos(A+b)=2sinAsinB
