Don't think there is a girl that could be "much more" attractive than me
Hmmm, I read a theory that states that you never really fancy people who are much more attractive than yourself, it's to do with availability and your chance with them.

I'd agree... also it depends on the personality of course.

I don't think you can compare how sexy people are..it's too individual and too much down to attitude, behaviour, personality and character which is difficult to measure.

Ive been out with a model (not a famous one), and to be honest - VERY attractive people know they are goodlooking - so they seem to have this attitude of "o, I dont care-i can pull anyone if i wanted to". Ive met some other type of models through my ex, and they were all the same too (though I didnt date them).

I found out after dating her for over 2 years that looks aren't everything. Plus its annoying, cos I did actually have guys constantly going over to her asking her for her number, for sex, everything - it gets beyond a joke and you feel worthless.

Personality is definently more important than looks trust me, though looks do help the initial attraction. After a while, they become "o, thats just whoever", when everyone else thinks "wo-shes f?!?!ng gorgeous. id have her!". :frown:

No one is better looking than I.
Um... if it was exactly the same girl in every other aspect, then probably much more. If she liked me then I don't see the problem  And people might look at us and think "wow .. he must have a REALLY great personality!" :p:

Where's the 'don't care' option in the poll? I honestly don't ever think of a guy in those terms, and personality/intelligence are much more important to me than looks!!

i dont go for guys on looks. in my opinion my boyfriend (omg i cant get used to saying that     ) is fitttttttt. but some of the people i've thought that about, my friends have been like "what have you been doing with him?". and a guy who i was with who i knew was attractive, i just didn't fancy him.

i didn't think my new guy was conventionally attractive, but i fancied him SO much. then my friend met him and said he was fit, so finally i think i got someone who i both click with and who is absolutely gorgeous (but i think that anyway, even if he isn't!).

EDIT: i didnt think he was attractive becos im so used to being told im with mingers. he's actually well hot.
Don't care.
I find Wzz absolutly gorgeous. I'd like to think that we are pretty much equal when talking about intelligence or personality but I relish the feeling of waking up in the morning and feeling lucky to have a man like him by my side.

When you love someone they will be gorgeous to you anyway, so it makes little sense worrying about it beforehand.

thats what everyone says. but in a club/pub the first thing u notice are looks. would you honestly go out with a obese dribbling red-faced flabby stink mongrel of a guy, with his face covered in oozing pus filled acne sore?
thoght not. subconsciously we all seek someone similar goodlookingnss to ourself for long term relatiosnip. fair enough personality matters in the longer term, but looks attract us more. after all we all know an ugly person with a lovely personality who we see as 'just a good friend'

In a total act of shallowness and narrow-mindedness, I once went out with a guy who was totally gorgeous, mainly for that reason! He turned out to be an absolute prick, had more teeth than braincells and treat me like utter crap. Consequently, I am now much more open-minded and get to know personalities well before getting involved with anyone!

I think if you love someone you've gotta look soooo much deeper than looks. Looks fade and can be taken away. You've gotta be prepared to stand by someone without a second thought even if they had their face messed up in an accident or something.

I'm rambling now!
