Male Cycles

Now, I'm sure most people know intimately or through fear about the female cycle. My question is is there any evidence that this can happen to men?

I speak from experience. I'm a highly cheerful person - boundless energy and always bouncing up and down. Often i can feel drunk on life. As my friends say, I'm all up and no down.
However, VERY regularly - every 2 months at almost exactly the same time - I have 1 full day where I am incredibly depressed and cry, purging my emotions. Before that I can tell it's coming, with a few days notice, and afterwards i return to my incredibly happy self.
Am I alone in this?

Nah, it's great. Love the stuff. But the regularity of it is weird.

I sincerely hope there isn't a cycle. Men's hormones seem to be pretty stable and have no need to release themselves since sperm production has been happening since birth and is ongoing.

Definetly no cycle. Hormones (horny) produced all da time. And definetly no mood swings, however there are some guys dat r generally just moody all da time.
