Lancome do a good fake tan, don't get the spray though, get the lotion.
Sun beds, like everything else are good for you in moderation.
And in this day and age everything is going to kill you. Last week a broadsheet said that sun creams were bad for you...whatever next! I rarely use sun cream and i will sometimes hop on a sunbed for no more than ten mins.

if you really can't find it in the shops get it from www.boots.com
I'm not sure what they charge for postage but they sell everything on that website.
Cool, I might do that. how long does a bottle last? And shall I get light or medium?

I saw that and I was horrified. They said that it was possible that people were short on vitamin D because they weren't letting the sun's rays through, absolute *******s, a sunscreen doesn't stop the sun from getting to your skin totally. It's the UVB ray's that contain vitamin D, and many sun tan lotions offer limited UVB protection anyway. You only need 15 minutes of sunlight a few days a week to get enough vitamin D.
